Our 1st Anniversary


Our 1st anniversary happened on 11 june 2011. This entry was delayed for almost 1 week.hihi.What to do.So many had happened even my sister in law got married pun i did not write her wedding story yet.Later i'll update soon.

Back to my story.I couldn't believe myself that my beloved hubby gave me this lovely bouquet for our 1st anniversary.Thank you my dear hubby.He never gave me any fresh flower to me but this year, he became sooo romantic just to celebrate our 1st anniversary!I almost burst into tears (which i did).I love everything he gave to me.

He chose pink roses wrapped with purple and pink wrappers.The colour i love.

baked macaroni cheese my style

Again, food entry.Don't blame me because I love to cook and my hubby become bigger and bigger.hehe.Well, cooking is my hobby and it is a very simple task to perform if you like it. I would say that my life will become dull if i'm not cooking. Here i want to share one of my favourite food to eat with my hubby. Baked Macaroni Cheese with my style.I write in BM ok.

Bahan-bahan

3/4 paket macaroni (400g)- direbus hingga lembut toskan

Bahan inti (sos merah)

500 g daging cincang – daging ayam cincang pon boleh

2 sudu minyak zaitun

1/2 labu bawang besar dicincang

2 ulas bawang putih dicincang

1 cawan sos spaghetti Prego atau apa2 saja sos spaghetti yang disukai

2 sudu besar sos cili

2 sudu kecil serbuk stok ayam-boleh ganti dengan kiub juga

1 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah

1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam berperisa ajishio/yang biasa pon boleh

½ sudu kecil oregano kering

2 biji buah tomato dipotong dadu

125 g keju mozzarella/cheddar

Sos putih

3 biji telur gred C

2 sudu besar tepung gandum

1 cawan susu cair

1 sudu kecil serbuk lada sulah

garam secukup rasa

1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam Ajishio

semua bahan sos putih dicampur dalam periuk dan panaskan dengan api perlahan.Kacau selalu supaya tidak bergentel dan sehingga sebati.

Cara membuat

1. Panaskan minyak zaitun, masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih.

2. Apabila layu masukkan daging cincang, sos spaghetti,sos cili, tomato, stok ayam, lada hitam, lada sulah dan serbuk oregano.

3. Masak dalam lebih kurang 10 minit kemudian ketepikan.

4. Sapukan loyang dgn sedikit mentega.

Ada 2 cara utk memasukkan pasta dan inti kedlm loyang, pilih salah satu cara

Cara I: Campurkan kesemua pasta dgn inti kemudian masukkan kedlm loyang.

Akhir sekali tabur keju parut .

Cara II: Masukkan 1/3 pasta,diikuti sedikit inti daging, kemudian sos putih dan sedikit keju parut. ulang semula lapisan dan akhir sekali tabur keju parut.(saya suka cheese jadi selalu nak letak lebih)

Bakar didalam oven pd suhu 180′C selama 30 min atau sehingga keju keperangan


p/s: Ini resipi saya sebenarnya main buat suka hati jadi just estimate apa yang saya letak.buat sesedap rasa saja.Masa nak makan boleh tabur lagi lada hitam kalau suka.,:)
